Terms of service
The agreement between you and us when you buy an automation or a custom build.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to anyone who buys a ready-made automation or a custom build from Automation Store ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
2. What we deliver
Ready-made automations are set up on your own accounts in the tools named on the product page, tested with your data, and handed over with a handbook. Custom builds are delivered as described in the written quote you approve.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give us the access we need to the tools involved, in good time, and keep your own backups.
- Make sure you are allowed to automate the accounts and data involved (for example, that you have customer consent for messaging).
- Pay any third-party tool fees (automation platforms, AI usage, messaging fees). We list the expected ones before you buy.
4. Price and payment
Prices for ready-made automations are one-time, in US dollars, and shown on the product page. Custom builds are 50% on approval of the quote and 50% after you have seen the working flow. Invoices are due within 7 days.
5. Timelines
Setup times shown are typical and start when we have the access we need. They are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Support and fixes
Every delivery includes 14 days of fixes for anything that does not work as described. After that, changes caused by third-party tools updating their platforms, or new requirements, are quoted separately or covered by a care plan if you have one.
7. Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the automation configuration set up on your accounts. We keep the right to reuse general techniques and templates for other clients.
8. Limits of our responsibility
Automations depend on third-party services we do not control. We are not liable for losses caused by those services changing, failing or suspending accounts, or for indirect losses such as lost profit. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Cancelling
See our refund policy.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have in your own country.
