Who we are
Automation Store ("we") operates automation-store.up.railway.app. You can contact us about privacy at hello@automationstore.co.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, what you need and the message you write. We store this so we can reply and, if you become a client, deliver the work.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept for security and to keep the site running.
- Payments: handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, provide the service you buy, send invoices and service messages, and improve the site. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Legal basis
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we process your data to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request before a contract (your enquiry), and for our legitimate interest in running and securing the site.
Sharing
If you talk to Aqua, our voice assistant, your voice and the conversation are processed by our AI provider ElevenLabs to reply to you, and kept for up to 90 days. Only details you choose to share (such as your name and email) are added to our enquiries.
We use trusted service providers to host the site, store data, process payments and send email. They only process data on our instructions. If we build an automation for you, it runs on your own accounts and we access them only as needed to deliver the work.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Client records are kept as long as needed for the service and for legal and accounting requirements.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@automationstore.co and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and show a cookie notice where the law requires it.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date.
