Refund policy
Simple rules so you know where you stand.

Ready-made automations
- Before setup starts: full refund, no questions asked.
- Setup started but not delivered: we refund everything except time already spent, which we will itemise.
- Delivered but not working as described: we fix it within the 14-day support period. If we cannot make it work as described, we refund in full.
- Delivered and working: because the service is complete and set up on your accounts, it cannot be returned, so no refund applies.
Custom builds
The first 50% covers the Map and Build stages and becomes non-refundable once the Build stage has started. The final 50% is only due after you have seen the flow working.
Care plans
Monthly care plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid month.
How to ask
Email hello@automationstore.co with your order details. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
